At Valentine Construction, we believe that clear communication is essential to a successful project. I work personally with the client throughout the design and development phases. Also, as the general contractor on the projects, I keep constant vigil over the daily operations of the job site. I will work to make sure that project costs are aligned with budgets and that the job is completed in the time originally specified. I am the first one to arrive on the job site and the last one to leave. Through precise planning and clear communication, I am dedicated to the success of your project. We want to build a close working relationship with our clients so that they feel confident in the important decisions they are making and so that their home is built to their exact specifications. We keep clients informed with weekly scheduled site meetings, constant email and phone contact, and monthly document updates. Ultimately, we want clients to be proud of the home we have built and to know that we are there through every step of the building process. The majority of our new business comes from client referrals.
